Your driver collects you from your riad or hotel before dawn and drives out to the launch field in the countryside beyond the city. While the crew inflates the balloon you have tea and watch the burners light up the envelope in the half-dark.

The flight itself lasts around an hour, drifting with the wind over Berber villages, olive groves and the open plain, with the High Atlas Mountains on the horizon as the sun comes up. Flights are always weather-dependent: if wind or visibility is wrong, the pilots postpone rather than take a risk, and we help you move the flight to another morning.

After landing there is a traditional breakfast with the crew before the transfer back to Marrakech, usually by late morning — leaving the rest of the day free for the medina.

Village paths are optional and paced to the group. This is not a Toubkal summit day unless you ask for a trekking outline. Tell us about knees and we will keep the walk on gentler tracks.
